You may experience problems using the VCT schedule and reservation system if the privacy setting is set above "low," which means that cookies from other websites are not allowed.

To fix this; one option is to set the privacy setting to "low," OR if you want a higher setting, the privacy setting must be edited to allow cookies from just www.vct.org and www.securedserver.net.

INTERNET EXPLORER 7.0 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use IE to go to any website--your college's homepage is fine.
2. From the Internet Explorer menu bar at the top of the screen, under "Tools," select "Internet Options."
3. Then, click on the "Privacy" tab.
4. Set the privacy setting to low by using the sliding scale presented. Then click "OK."

If you want a privacy setting above low, thereby blocking cookies from other websites, you still need to edit the setting to allow cookies from just vct.org and www.securedserver.net. To do this, follow these steps.

1. Follow steps 1 through 3 above.
2. Then, click "Sites".
3. In the block titled "Address of Website," type, "vct.org." Then, click the "Allow" box.
4. Next, type "securedserver.net" in the same block. Then, click "Allow."
5. Finally, click "OK."

3. Then, click on the "Privacy" button.
4. Now click on the "Exceptions" button.
5. In the block titled "Address of web site," type, "vct.org." Then, click the "Allow" box.
6. Next, type "securedserver.net" in the same block. Then, click "Allow."
7. Finally, click "Close."
